Employees of Elinar holding company together with delegation of the Naro-Fominsk urban district Administration participated in the Moscow region’s Doors Open day, which took place in the recreation center “Ljubljana” in Egorievsk urban center, within the frames of the regional educational forum- “I am a resident of the Moscow region-2018”. It is a unique headhunting platform, which represented our region in all its wide variety including brands and symbols, the best universities and the leading companies, and gave a chance to the young to meet people successful in business and ready to share experience.
This educational forum united around 10 000 young people from 67 municipal units of the Moscow region. Its programme included attending of the practical lectures, presentation and discussion of creative and business projects, volunteer activity and sport events.
On this forum, there were companies-members of Elinar group presented. Our employees described all types of products, manufactured on different sites of the group and provided information about the open vacancies in the entities, possibilities of the career progress, staff training programmes, social provisions and other guarantees for the employees. Particular interest was raised by the projects of the Moscow region area development, implemented by Elinar. Active rest park “Wonders of the World” and already operating tubing park “Elagino” attract the young people from the whole Moscow region.
After communication with the young, Andrey Vorobiev, the Governor of the Moscow region, visited the exhibition area of the forum. He admitted: “It is very pleasant to see the young talented people. I know that many of you attend this event not for the first time. You are non-indifferent to what is going on in your town, in our country and our Moscow region. We consider this forum will help us to get friends and know each other. You can define your goals and aims for the future.”
