The opening of the first poultry houses with the broiler chickens keeping in cages took place in January. The managers and the employees of “Elinar” and “Elinar-Broiler” companies attended on the festive ceremony. The right to cut the red ribbon and to open the poultry houses was presented to I. Kuimov – the General Director of “Elinar” company, O. Lukinuk – the General Director of agricultural corporation “Elinar” and A. Kirichenko – the manager of the broilers growth production (on photo).
The managers of the company also took the active participation in the first chickens putting to the cages.
As the General Director of agricultural corporation “Elinar” O. Lukinuk told, the technology of the broiler chickens keeping in cages has got the number of advantages in comparison with the floor standing technology of growth. These advantages are including the more rational using of the poultry houses production area (the products outcome increasing in 2,5-3,0 times at the area unit), the high level of mechanization and automatization of the production processes, the costs decreasing on the engineering communications, the providing for the specified parameters of the microclimate (temperature, light, air exchange a.s.o.) and the best sanitary and veterinary conditions of keeping. During the broilers growth in the cages the bedding isn’t required, the better level of the general poultry condition control is ensured. In case of the technology of growth in cages the chickens spend less energy for moving, using it for the body mass increasing, so they achieve the maximum weight faster.
