The students of 3-4 year of the Agricultural-technological institute of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia of “Standardization, Metrology” and “Veterinary-sanitary inspection” faculties visited “Elinar-Broiler” poultry farm within the educational tour.
The students could see how the chickens are grown up in one of the broiler houses. A.V. Kirichenko, the Head of the poultry farm production of the broilers growing, told the students in details about the main features of the modern technologies of keeping and growing of the broiler chickens. The students got the opportunity to see and study the full technological cycle of the poultry farm. A.A. Krasilnikova, the Head of the QC department of the poultry farm, made the company presentation and told about the poultry farm history. The head veterinarian of the poultry farm E.V. Lapshin told the students about the principles of the veterinarian and biological protection of the company and answered the many questions, which they are interested about.
The future specialists said thank you to the poultry farm employees for the informative production tour and noted that they were very surprised by the large scale of the production, high level of the veterinarian control and quality control of the manufactured products.
