“Elaghino” tubing park is a wonderful place for the winter entertainments. The park infrastructure allows not only to have a great rest but to arrange the sport competitions on the high level. In January there were the snowboarders competitions in discipline Slopestyle in the park. The guys from Obninsk and Naro-Fominsk made a seria of tumbling stunts on the hills prepared on the ski slope of “Elaghino” park. The festival judge was a notable Obninsk team “Reactor Obninsk Community” headed by Artem Shishebarov and Ruslan Eliseev. The judges are the multiple winners and awardees of the regional competitions on snowboarding.
According to the results of the competitions, Petr Makhon’ko won the 1st place. The winners were awarded by the cups and skipasses for the platter pull. All of the competitions participants got a lot of impressions and fresh boost, some of them showed their tricks on the hills for the first time.
The start of the competitions seria was set. The full calendar of the stages for “Elaghino” cup will be prepared soon. It is planned also to add the other disciplines on snowboarding to the competitions.
