The meeting was attended by technical specialists and managers of OAO Zheldorremmash, Moscow, OAO Zheldorremmash Engineering Center, Yaroslavl, OAO Russian Railways Locomotives Design Center, Moscow, OOO TMKhS Trade House, Moscow, Head of Delivery Quality Management of OOO Locomotive Technologies Managing Company, Moscow, and technical specialists on application of electrical insulation materials, who came from all 10 locomotive repair plants belonging to OAO Zheldorremmash.
The technical part of the meeting began with the report from A.V. Papkov, Deputy General Director of Elinar HC, on the «Status of production and prospects of development of EIMs for traction motors isolation systems”, which raised before the participants a number of issues regarding the expansion of nomenclature of supplied EIMs and products made of them. A particular interest and “lively” discussion was caused by a report on application of Elinar’s electrical insulation materials at the modern impregnating equipment presented by A.A. Napolskikh, Deputy Chief Technologist of Electrical Machines Maintenance of OAO Zheldorremmash’s branch, Chelyabinsk Electric Locomotives Repair Plant.
As part of the program, the guests also visited ZAO Elinar EIM Plant, where the plant’s technical specialists showed them the detailed production process of EIMs manufacturing. For most of the visitors, it was the first time seeing our plant, and they have highly appreciated what they saw.
In conclusion of the meeting, there was arranged a round-table discussion, where the specialists of Elinar and plants – branches of OAO Zheldorremmash, discussed some matters connected with the technology of application of the supplied electrical insulation materials, their quality and delivery terms.
